How is this scored?
Kosovo runs one of Europe's flattest, lowest tax systems for a solopreneur, with personal income taxed on a progressive scale that tops out at just 10 percent and a matching 10 percent corporate rate. Dividends are exempt from personal income tax, there is no wealth, inheritance, or exit tax, and capital gains are simply folded into ordinary income at the same low rates. The main drawbacks are worldwide taxation for residents past 183 days, an 18 percent VAT, and the absence of any dedicated digital nomad or entrepreneur visa, so longer stays require a standard residence permit.
